When we first started talking to them, their brand was dated and it needed to better reflect who they are – a family-owned and operated company that will do whatever it takes for their customers, whether that’s a start-up coffee roaster or a Fortune 500 oil behemoth. They also needed to ready the company for its next generation of growth.
